How far in advance should I place my order?

I recommend placing orders at least 1-2 weeks in advance, but you are more than welcome to contact me sooner. Even if you inquire 2 weeks in advance that does not guarantee I have availability, so the sooner the better:)

Do you accept last minute orders?

If I am available I will be more than happy to accept late orders, just keep in mind there will be an rush order fee added to your total. Any orders placed less than 1 week in advance are subject to a $25+ rush fee (may vary depending on order size). Anything less than 3 days prior will not be accepted.

Is a deposit required?

Any order less that $100 is required to pay in full a week in advance. Orders exceeding that will be required to pay half the total within the first week of placing your order and the other half a week before the pick up/ delivery date. *If the payment is not made your space is not saved.

Do you deliver or do I have to pick up?

Delivery is possible dependant on our availability. Please provide the address in the inquiry form and I will confirm with you via email. Delivery will be prepaid at the time of the final payment of your order. Delivery starts at $25 and will increase depending on mileage. If you are available to pickup I am located in the West Kendall area, address will be provided upon payment.

How do I pay?

Once you have completed the inquiry form and we have discussed and confirmed you order designs and invoice will be sent the provide payment options.

Do you provide refunds?

Orders canceled a minimum or 1 week in advance are eligible for a 75% refund or full credit toward their next dessert order.

Any order canceled less than a week in advance may be offered partial credit for a future purchase. Amount of potential credit depends on how much work has already been done on the cancelled order.

If order is canceled less than 3 days prior to pick up/delivery date, no refund will be provided.
